Greg Astley has been involved in politics, non-profit and association management since 1997. On the association side, he has worked as an Executive Director for several organizations, and been involved with government affairs, public relations and membership committees for other groups including the Oregon Restaurant Association, Oregon Healthcare Association, Associated Builders and Contractors and the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce to name a few. His political work includes everything from city council races to U.S. Congressional races, including several Speaker of the House races in Oregon.

Carole Astley has run her own event planning and hospitality business for over ten years. Her expertise and contacts in the tourism and hospitality industries are invaluable to Astley Consulting Group Inc., and as CFO, she is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company.
